Refund policy

Every Minute Musical is made to order, from the stories you send us. Here's our promise.

We'll make it right. If we got a name or a detail wrong, or the film doesn't feel like them, reply to your delivery email within 14 days of delivery. We'll fix it or remake it for free.

Still not right? Full refund. If we still can't get it right after a fix or a remake, we'll refund your order in full.

Changed your mind before we start? Your film is made once you send us your details. Until then, email us and we'll refund you in full.

Delivery times count from when you send us your details: within 7 days for standard, 48 hours for 2-day rush, 24 hours for next-day rush.

How to ask: email hello@minutemusical.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.
