Do I need everything ready before I order?
Nope. Check out now and we'll email you a private link to tell us about them. It takes about 5 minutes, whenever you're ready. The delivery clock starts when you send it.
What will you ask me?
What you call them, a photo or a short description, 3 to 5 little things that make them who they are, the occasion, the music and singer you want, and your message for the end. Every question has examples, so you're never staring at a blank box.
What stories work best?
The weirdly specific ones. The dish they always make, the thing they always say, the habit the whole family teases them about. "Burns the pancakes and calls them crispy" makes a way better scene than "he's a great dad."
How fast can I get it?
Within 7 days of sending your details, usually sooner. In a hurry? Pick 2-day or next-day rush at checkout. Next-day means it's in your inbox within 24 hours.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Yes, if you order standard delivery by December 15, or next-day rush by December 22, and send your details the same day.
Will the character really look like them?
They'll be a cartoon version of themselves, with their hair, skin tone, glasses and the clothes they're known for. A clear, smiling photo works best. The likeness comes from those details, so tell us the ones that matter.
Can other people be in it?
Yes. Tell us who else should show up, like the grandkids, a partner or a best friend, and what they look like.
Will you sing their name?
Yes. The song is built around whatever you call them: Grandma Bea, Papa, Mom, or the nickname only your family uses. If it's unusual, spell it the way it sounds.
What music can I choose?
Pop, country, soul, gospel, Latin pop, acoustic, rock or a lullaby, with a female or male singer. Or leave it to us.
How do I give it to them?
You get a private page where you can watch it, download it and share it. It's made vertical for phones and plays fine on a TV. Our favorite move: turn the sound all the way up, hand them your phone, and film their face.
Can I make changes?
Your film arrives finished. If we got a name or a detail wrong, reply within 14 days and we'll fix it for free.
Can I make one in memory of someone?
Yes. Choose "In loving memory" in the form and we'll keep the song gentle and warm, a celebration of who they were.
Is my photo private?
Yes. We use it only to make your film. It never appears in our ads, only the tools that animate your film ever see it, and we delete it from our servers 30 days after your film is delivered. Want it gone sooner? Just ask.
